2019 Edit: Don't use this tutorial...it is...so bad and outdated and just not good.

I love GIMP, but I can never find the right tutorials for it on DA. I've always had trouble with non-night time skies in GIMP, so, instead of doing a big time consuming picture like I was supposed to, I made this Sky tutorial for GIMP users. I'm sorry its so big.
